Functionality

Before starting operation, the object rests on the bristle surface.

When the vibrating conveyor system is in operation, the bristles bend backwards against their original inclination as they move forwards.
Due to the remaining inclination of the bristles, the object remains on the same bristles. The object does not move against the direction of conveyance.

The conveyed material therefore travels a greater distance than with vibratory conveyor systems without brush coating. This results in increased conveyor capacity and speed.

During the return movement of the vibrating conveyor system, the conveyed material is above the bristle surface and there is no contact.
When it comes into contact with the conveyor brush again, the object hits the bristles, which are in their resting position.

At this position, the bristles at the point of contact are pressed down, with the impact energy of the object being absorbed by the bristles.
