Information
The Brushlon™ brush material made of polypropylene bristles, cast in a PU layer, is ideal for use on linear rails, for example when coating prism rails for cylindrical parts or pipes, and large bowl feeders. The inclined position of the bristles increases the conveying capacity and speed by up to three times compared to operation without conveyor brushes, and it is also possible to change the conveying direction. The polypropylene bristles are very durable due to the larger cross-section, even with heavy parts, and are also resistant to most chemicals. The product structure made out of plastic reduces the noise level. The open bristle design also enables more even and improved conveying of oily goods.
The 13 mm material of the Brushlon™ BS.016-18 conveyor brush is extremely stable and can withstand high loads due to the heavy weight of the parts.
The advantage of the Brushlon™ BS.012-18 conveyor brush, which has a 15 mm material with thinner and longer bristles, is the improved running properties of parts with a larger contact surface.

Two-component adhesive SC4000 offers a suitable adhesive system, especially for all rubberised surfaces made of PU, etc., such as the 3M Brushlon Series 321 B and 721B.
This special adhesive enables the user to quickly and easily carry out linings, connections or repairs – with excellent results on materials with a contact layer.

EPX processing system
Economical bonding methods using two-component structural adhesives.
Double cartridges in combination with static mixing nozzles, pneumatic and manual application devices are available. Short set-up times and homogeneous mixing for consistent, defined quality and fast, clean processing.
Scotch-Weld
These two-component structural adhesives are supplied in double cartridges with mixing ratios of 1:1 and 1:2. Simple, fast and clean processing with the EPX system, i.e. dosing, mixing and application in a single step.
Scotch-Weld DP100/DP110
Translucent. Particularly good for metal and very good for plastic bonding, for static and dynamic loads. Paste-like, low flow. Short processing time of 10-12 minutes. Further processing after approx. 30-45 minutes.
